  3. Processing time for your inquiry or complaint. Your requests will be processed no later than 2 working days (48 hours, this period may be extended by days off and national holidays that are customary within the Czech Republic).

Right of Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without stating a reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, partial delivery, or the last item in the case of a purchase agreement for more items from one order, or delivery of the product in more partial deliveries or items).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase agreement, please notify us through your customer account. Otherwise, contact us at the email address shop@pelek.eu or at the phone number +420774242766. Withdrawal from the purchase agreement can be made with any clear statement (for example, by email). For this purpose, you can use the attached sample withdrawal form from the purchase agreement, which, however, is not mandatory.
  3. Address for sending the returned goods. A return label is usually available in the customer account on pelek.eu.   4. Timely withdrawal from the agreement. To comply with the withdrawal period from the purchase agreement, it is sufficient to send a notification of exercising the right of withdrawal from the agreement before the expiration of the withdrawal period from the purchase agreement.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase agreement? In the case of withdrawal from the purchase agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most economical standard delivery offered by us), without unnecessary delay, no later than fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your withdrawal from the purchase agreement.
  2. Refund. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse to pay the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods without unnecessary delay, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from the purchase agreement. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the expiration of this period.
  4. Costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 990 Kč without postal costs (i.e., from 990.01 Kč), we will bear the direct costs of return transport. The direct costs of returning the goods, which due to their nature cannot be returned by regular postal means, are borne by you.
  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. In the case of withdrawal from the purchase agreement, you are responsible for the reduction in the value of the returned goods or the goods sent back, which occurred as a result of handling the goods in a manner other than necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and characteristics of the goods. If we receive damaged or incomplete goods, we will deduct our claim for compensation from the purchase price you wish to return. We will always assess the specific case to determine the extent of damage, depreciation of the goods, and to determine the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these steps at the specified email address.
  6. Inability to withdraw from the purchase agreement. These cases are detailed in Art. 3.6 of the GTC.
