  3. Processing time for your inquiry or complaint. Your requests will be processed no later than within 2 working days (48 hours, this period may be extended by holidays and national holidays customary within the Czech Republic).

Right to Withdraw from the Purchase Contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, partial delivery, or last quantity in case of a purchase contract for multiple units of goods from one order, or delivery of the product in multiple partial deliveries or quantities).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, notify us through your user account. Otherwise, contact us at the email address shop@pelek.eu or by phone at +420774242766. Withdrawal from the purchase contract can be made by any clear statement (e.g., by email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
  3. Address for sending the returned goods. A return label is usually available in the user account on pelek.eu. If we have not provided a return label, use the following address to send the goods: PELEK Distribution s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov. Otherwise, please contact us at the email address shop@pelek.eu or by phone at +420774242766 to ensure your return rights and arrange an individual procedure.
  4. Timely withdrawal from the contract. To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the purchase contract, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your withdrawal from the purchase contract.
  2. Refund. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we explicitly agree otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the expiry of this period.
  4. Costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 990 Kč excluding postage (i.e., from 990.01 Kč), we cover the direct costs of return shipping. You bear the direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by ordinary mail.
  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned goods resulting from handling the goods in a way other than necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned, we will deduct our claim for compensation from the purchase price you want to return. We will always assess the specific case to determine the extent of damage, depreciation of the goods, and the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these steps at the provided email address.
  6. Cases where withdrawal from the purchase contract is not possible. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
