  3. Time limit for processing your inquiry or complaint. Your requests will be processed no later than within 2 business days (48 hours; this period may be extended by weekends and national holidays customary in the Czech Republic).

Right to Withdraw from the Purchase Contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, partial delivery, or last item in the case of a purchase contract for multiple goods in a single order, or delivery of the product in multiple partial deliveries or items).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, notify us through your customer account. Otherwise, contact us at info@pelek.eu or by telephone at +420 705 724 353. Withdrawal from the purchase contract may be made by any clear statement (for example, by email). For this purpose, you may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
  3. Address for sending returned goods. A return label is usually available in the customer account on pelek-bg.com. Otherwise, please contact us at info@pelek.eu or by telephone at +420 705 724 353 to ensure your right to return the goods and agree on an individual procedure.
  4. Timely withdrawal from the contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send notification that you are exercising your right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from the purchase contract.
  2. Refunds. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before this period expires.
  4. Costs of returning the goods. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. If the value of the returned product exceeds EUR 40 excluding delivery costs (i.e. from EUR 40.01), we will bear the direct costs of return transport. You bear the direct costs of returning goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned by ordinary post.
  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the returned or sent-back goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to familiarize yourself with their nature and characteristics. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we will deduct our claim for compensation from the purchase price to be refunded. We will always assess each case individually to determine the extent of the damage, the depreciation of the goods, and the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these steps at the stated email address.
  6. Exclusion of the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
