The DS-48 pulse counter is a universal panel counter with two inputs, equipped with two 4-digit LED displays (current value + target value). It can count, subtract, and process signals from mechanical switches, PNP/NPN inductive sensors, and incremental encoders. The wide range of input and output functions makes it suitable for industrial automation systems, production lines, measuring stations, and process control.

Installation recommendations

• Use shielded and twisted signal cables, ground the shield

• Separate signal cables from power and electrical cables

• Use a fuse F250 mA / 250 VAC on the power input

• Protect the equipment from moisture, vibrations, dust, and extreme temperatures

• For mechanical switches, an input frequency of 20 Hz is recommended

• When using two inputs:

• Mode Phs4 → max. ¼ input frequency
