The plastic housing with IP67 protection has several important advantages, especially for use in harsh conditions:


High protection against moisture and dust:


The IP67 classification means that the housing is completely protected from dust and can withstand short-term immersion in water at a depth of up to 1 meter for 30 minutes, making it ideal for installation in damp or dusty places - for example, outdoors, in industrial areas, or near water bodies.


Corrosion resistance:

The plastic is not subject to corrosion, unlike metal panels, which is especially valuable in aggressive environments - near the sea, in chemical plants, or in high humidity enterprises.


Easy and simplified installation:

The plastic housing is much lighter than its metal counterpart, which simplifies transportation and installation, especially in hard-to-reach places.


Dielectric properties:

The plastic does not conduct electricity, which increases safety when working with electrical equipment and reduces the risk of short circuits.


Resistance to ultraviolet rays:
If a special plastic for ultraviolet rays is used, the shielding retains its properties for a long time, even when constantly exposed to sunlight.
