Impact-resistant closed plastic enclosure with IP67 protection and mounting panel, Plastim (Turkey).


The IP67 plastic enclosure has several important advantages, especially for use in harsh conditions:

High protection against moisture and dust:

The IP67 rating means the enclosure is completely dust-tight and can withstand temporary immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes, making it ideal for installation in wet or dusty locations—such as outdoors, in industrial areas, or near water pools.

Corrosion resistance:

Plastic does not corrode, unlike metal panels, which is especially valuable in aggressive environments—near the sea, in chemical plants, or in high-humidity facilities.

Easy and simplified installation:

The plastic enclosure is much lighter than its metal counterpart, simplifying transportation and installation, especially in hard-to-reach places.

Dielectric properties:

The plastic does not conduct electricity, which increases safety when working with electrical equipment and reduces the risk of short circuits.

Ultraviolet resistance:
If special plastic for ultraviolet rays is used, the enclosure retains its properties for a long time, even when constantly exposed to sunlight.
