The reactive power controller RGT-12E (TENSE) is a fully automatic device for optimal switching of compensation steps.

The digital processing of the values measured by the regulator ensures high accuracy in assessing the effective voltage, current, and power factor.

The installation of the device is fully automatic - the regulator determines the size of the individual connected compensation steps by itself. These parameters can also be entered directly manually.

The controller switches the compensation steps on and off so that reactive power is regulated with a minimal number of switches. At the same time, the controller accounts for the even load of the individual steps and preferentially switches on those steps that have been disconnected from the power supply for the longest period of time and for which the residual charge is minimal. During the regulation process, the compensation steps are continuously monitored in parallel - faults and changes in values are detected, temporarily removed steps are periodically tested, and if necessary, returned to the regulation process.
